However, residences will be fully secured and accessible by an automatic gate controlled solely by intercom, beep or access code. A guard will be on-site day and night. Additionally, devices will monitor the residences 24/7.

Medical service

Sunseanior is located close to a clinic. The particularity of the Sunseanior concept is to offer, in addition to these services, medical and paramedical services characterized by the presence of a nurse, a physiotherapist, and a dietician. Medical surveillance is provided by a doctor internist who will conduct regular visits during the week; specialists will be called upon when needed.

Rental service

Management also offers an apartment rental service for periods when units are unoccupied. This service will improve the profitability of the property.

Leisure

The spacious community relaxation lounges are carefully designed and finely decorated. They open onto beautiful, serene gardens, making it hard to believe that downtown Houmt Souk is so close.

The lounges offer a space in which residents can read a newspaper or a book in peace, allowing them to get to know one another over a drink or coffee. Residents can enjoy the friendly atmosphere that prevails, solving the problem of loneliness experienced by some.
